The permit applied for 850& 860 Windjammer Lane was a Zoning Permit, for a <br /> minor land alteration. There is no credit given for engineering or legal costs for zoning permits only building permits; <br /> therefore all consultant costs are passed-through to the applicant, in this case the easement holders. I have confirmed <br /> there was not a pervious invoices, but am waiting to hear if there are any additional unbilled charges at this point. I <br /> wanted to explain the situation so when you receive a copy of the email I'll be sending to John, you'll understand it <br /> better. <br /> Again, I apologize for my error.
