4. Conservation Design. This project will require a conservation design plan. The applicable regulations <br /> can be found here. The northern sites are heavily wooded,the conservation design plan should identify <br /> tree removal boundaries,including the identification of substantial trees. <br /> You have the right to apply for a subdivision. It is recommended that you initiate a sketch plan application,where <br /> you can receive Planning Commission, and if desired,Council feedback. The next deadline for a sketch plan <br /> submittal is Wednesday,January 22nd. Your plans should be to scale,and complete enough to adequately <br /> demonstrate your proposal. You will submit your application online,through the city's application portal.
