With road frontage of <br /> approximately 127 feet,it has been one of the areas best kept secrets,because most residents,even those living <br /> close by, didn't realize it was there. Our goal is to keep this parcel picturesque and maintain the"rural feel"by <br /> creating 5 large lots from 3.01 acres to 16.72 acres. The trees on site will mostly stay intact,with a short road <br /> and cul de sac located in the same area as the current driveway. <br /> Custom Homes will be designed as the lots are sold. Attached you will see five renderings of previous homes <br /> we've designed and built.
