Overall the access <br /> looks to be adequate pending verification of sight distances. The county will be requesting a 50 <br /> foot right-of-way section plus a 10 foot D/U easement during the plat. The county is also <br /> requesting the existing gravel driveway on the east side of the lake/pond be removed. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> • The Planning Commission should discuss if allowing flexibility to allow the existing 3 <br /> properties to continue to share a driveway off a new cul-de-sac. <br /> • The Planning Commission should provide feedback whether or not some flexibility <br /> identifying the front lot for Lot 3 along the Outlot A. <br /> • The Planning Commission should discuss support a waiver of the conservation design <br /> requirement in lieu of identifying substantial trees (Oaks, Maple, Basswood, etc.greater <br /> than 6' DBH). <br /> List of Exhibits <br /> Exhibit A.
