Since this is not a DNR <br /> regulated public water,the DNR does not have authority to permit or deny this work. BWSR has directed Mr. Kvam to <br /> use DNR specifications,so I have walked Mr. Kvam through the specifications. Based on the plan he sent me yesterday <br /> (Feb 3 2020), I think he is following the intent of the DNR specifications.As this wetland is not the DNR's regulatory <br /> responsibility, it is not the DNR's place to delve into the fine details of the plan.
