It can be argued if the survey submitted from 1989 accurately describes the existing property conditions <br /> (#1). Based on the Hennepin County Aerial photo it appears the home and driveway are similar and we will exempt the <br /> initial survey requirement. Care should be taken since this the project addition is very close to the sewer easement. <br /> Is there any proposed landscaping with this project? When we were in the office we were told that a survey would not be needed if the <br /> proposed work was under 200 SF,which we are under.
