On the survey,the smaller deck north of the existing porch is proposed to be 3.83' x 6.5', however the building plans show the deck to be built as 3'10" x 8'. The porch received final inspection on 12-30-2013;the survey should no longer indicate the porch as proposed rather existing. To avoid further delays, if you can confirm that the building plans are correct,we will review the building permit noting the dimensions shown on the survey for this deck are incorrect. Upon receipt of the signed escrow agreement, escrow money, and documentation from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District we will issue the permit. Please note, once construction is complete, in order to close out the permit and verify compliance with the approved plan you will need to submit a full-size, scalable as-built survey reflecting as-built conditions of the property.
