Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete <br /> and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Wetland Delineation. A Manage 3 wetland exists in the south portion of your property; according to <br /> Orono's City Code Chapter 78 Article XI Wetlands Protection, manage 3 wetlands require 16.5' of <br /> vegetative buffer. Construction of a pool triggers the administration of the Wetlands Protection <br /> regulations. Please submit a wetland delineation report. The wetland delineation must be approved <br /> by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). The delineated edge of the wetland must be <br /> shown on the survey, along with the required buffer of 16.5' and 20' structure setback from the <br /> buffer. <br /> 2. Certificate of Survey. Once the wetland delineation is approved by the MCWD, please provide an <br /> updated survey showing the delineated edge of the wetland, including the 16.5' wetland buffer and a <br /> 20' structure setback. <br /> 3. Escrow & Escrow Agreement. Building permits for structures and involving grading and/or review <br /> by the City's engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the <br /> escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review <br /> of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 <br /> relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is $2,500. <br /> The escrow agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and <br /> submit a check for$2,500. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
