The as- <br /> built survey dated 11-12-12 shows wood chips and trees in the wetland buffer which was confirmed by our <br /> Engineer. Prior to the release of the wetland buffer escrow your buffer improvements must be completed. <br /> This includes removal of the wood chips. Additionally, the recently planted trees will be evaluated by our <br /> wetland specialist to determine if they are an appropriate species for the buffer area.
