STANDARD REPORT FORMS REQUIRED: ALL SOIL BORING LOGS, PERCOLATION TESTS, AND SYSTEM DESIGN PROPOSALS <br /> MUST BE REPORTED ON STANDARD REPORT FORMS (MOST SITE EVALUATORS CURRENTLY USE THE STANDARD PERCOLATION <br /> TEST AND SOIL BORING LOGS). THE SITE PLAN MUST BE ATTACHED, AND THE ENTIRE PACKAGE SUBMITTED FOR <br /> REVIEW AT ONE TIME. PIECEMEAL SUBMITTALS WILL DELAY PROCESSING. <br /> NOTE: IF A SITE EVALUATION WAS PERFORMED ON YOUR LOT DURING THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS, THE RESULTS ARE -' <br /> AVAILABLE FROM THE BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT (473-7357) .
