Install silt fences in the front of each site, on all downhill slopes and around <br /> Richard Miller stockpiles. Silt fence must be trenched in 6 inches and installed according to <br /> Robert Schroeder instructions. <br /> • Repair silt fence at southern corner of site and extend silt fence in front of site to the <br /> edge of the gravel driveway. <br /> • Clean street daily, as needed. <br /> • Driveway needs maintenance, additional gravel. If driveway is to be paved within next <br /> two weeks (Jan 171, current condition is acceptable. <br /> To avoid formal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District which <br /> may include fees for additional inspections and legal cost;;, and the delivery of a Stop <br /> Work Order, please implement the above mentioned corrections by Friday, January 10, <br /> 2002.
