I would like to verify that the City of Orono will require an NOD for the deck <br /> addition/remodel even though there are established buffers that are declared to the property and there are no <br /> proposed impacts to the buffer or wetlands, correct? <br /> If the City will require an official NOD, please fill out the attached MN Joint Water Resources application. Most of the <br /> sections are not applicable for the scope of the project, please check boundary&type. This project will not trigger <br /> MCWD rules, however MCWD is the LGU for WCA in Orono. <br /> 1 <br />
