I ask because if there is a variance required our deadline is tomorrow by noon for submittal and I would hate for you to miss it by 2 days if you have the materials ready. Does the deck, and other improvements meet the lot setbacks and the wetland setback? Based on your direction, I have had the wetlands delineated on the property and had an updated survey prepared. I would like to meet with you Friday morning to ask some questions to see what else is needed to submit an application for the building permit. I have also submitted the plans to our neighborhood association's Architectural Control Committee to ensure they and adjacent neighbors are also on board. It's taken a lot of time to get everything together and it is hoped to commence the project in early October to complete before winter sets in. Could you shoot a time you are available to meet Friday morning? Thanks.
