Bottom-rail-to-post connection:Attach the Trex®Railing Support Bracket to the post using two No.9 by 11/2-inch-long(38.1 mm)screws <br /> provided.Hang the bottom rail on the Trex®Railing Support Bracket and attach using one No.9 by 11/2-inch-long(38.1 mm)screw,provided, <br /> through the top of the bottom rail down through the bracket. <br /> f.
