Silt fence not installed in all areas where it is required to be <br /> www.minnehahacreek.org installed by Rule B. Silt fence installed by developer is in, but no silt fence containing erosion <br /> into buffer. <br /> • Silt fence not containing sediment from runoff into the buffer. <br /> • Parts of rear stock pile are in the buffer area. <br /> Please complete the actions required below by Noon,Thursday—August 7, 2003 or a stop work <br /> Board of Managers order will be Issued: <br /> Pamela Blixt • Send or deliver a completed Combined Joint Notification permit application with an original <br /> James Calkins signature for each project <br /> • Site plans showing contour elevations of each site and adjacent sites <br /> Lance Fisher • Indicate on each site plan where you propose to put silt fence and a temporary rock/gravel <br /> Susan Goetz entry to the site <br /> • Silt fence is required in front of the each site, along the road, and on the bottom of steep slopes <br /> Monica Gross on your site <br /> Richard Miller • Silt fence must be trenched in six inches and installed according to instructions <br /> • Effectively install and maintain silt fence to be effective according to the erosion control plan <br /> Scott Thomas you submit <br /> • A$10.00 application fee is required for each permit application <br /> • A$100.00 After-the-fact permit fee is required for each project started without a MCWD <br /> • permit(if not received by August 7,2003) <br /> Formal enforcement action to which a permittee may be subject for permit violations includes <br /> issuance of a stop work order, criminal misdemeanor prosecution, and fees for additional <br /> inspections and legal costs.Working without a permit where one is required is in violation of <br /> MCWD Rules and is a misdemeanor subject to penalty by law.Work must stop until a permit is <br /> issued you.To access MCWD Rules, please go to our web site at www.minnehahacreek.oro.
