The change is supported by the following facts: <br /> 1. This is a corner lot at the northwesterly intersection of Brown Road and Willow Drive. <br /> 2. In 1994 a new detached garage was constructed with access only from Willow Drive, and <br /> the Brown Road driveway was discontinued. <br /> 3. Emergency access has been from Willow Drive, and visitor identification of the property <br /> using the Brown Road address has been difficult. <br /> 4. The Willow Drive frontage is the shortest of the two road frontages, and therefore the <br /> Willow Drive frontage would be considered the front lot line for zoning purposes. <br /> 5. The property owner notes that the USPS has suggested that the address be changed to <br /> Willow Drive. <br /> Based on the above, I am authorizing the address change as requested. The new address will be <br /> 1150 Willow Drive South which fits correctly into our address grid and does not conflict with <br /> any addresses on Willow Drive North. <br /> Please process this change as soon as possible and send notification of the change to the property <br /> owner as well as the normal list of recipients, and change all City records to reflect the change. <br /> Please also include a bill to the property owner for the $50 address change charge as noted in the <br /> 2003 City Fee Schedule. <br />
