We are in the process of issuing a <br /> Letter of Credit secured by cash of which the City of Orono is the beneficiary for <br /> release of a permit for Boyer Construction to begin building an addition for Bill and <br /> Ann Bowman. <br /> The Letter of Credit is required by the City of Orono for septic installation on the <br /> property, <br /> As soon a;; the letter is signed by the Bowmans, we will deliver it to you.
