Technical Evaluation Reports(TERs), drafted and maintained by DrJ (professional engineering firm and ISO/IEC <br /> 17065 applicant through ANSI/ACLASS), assess how specific products comply with the provisions of the building <br /> code. DrJ is a code-defined "approved source," and DrJ employs professional engineers and follows state <br /> professional engineering rules and regulations. <br /> 2. TERs are comparable to, compatible with, and equivalent to the purpose of an ICC Evaluation Service(ICC-ES) <br /> Evaluation Service Reports(ESRs).8 <br /> 2.1. ICC Evaluation Service does not provide an engineer's seal on any of its ESRs. <br /> 2.2.
