Brian Fulmer <br /> 3507 Wayzata Blvd. <br /> Long Lake, Minnesota 55356 <br /> Dear Mr.Fulmer: <br /> The purpose of this letter is to provide you a description of the costs you will be responsible for <br /> before a permit can be issued for your sewer connection. The fees are the Sewer Availability <br /> Charge (SAC), all engineering fees for plan review and inspections by the City Engineers, City <br /> of Orono staff time, as well as the permit fee. <br /> Based on the type and intensity anticipated from your facility, you will be assessed four units. <br /> A residence is one unit, while the kennel facility is considered three units. The kennel facility <br /> was determined to be three units based on the following fixture information: 104 lineal ft. of <br /> floor drain for the holding area; 104 lineal ft. of floor drain for the running area; and 1/2 bath, <br /> 2 sinks, 1 bath, and 1 dishwasher. For 1994 each SAC unit is $800.00. <br /> The City Engineer and City of Orono staff fees are as follows: <br /> Engineer fees - plan review; 3.5 hrs. _ $187.25 <br /> City of Orono staff time fees; 4 hrs. _ $120.00 <br /> Additional costs may be incurred by the City Engineers before the sewer hookup is <br /> completed. These costs would be passed on to you at a later date. <br /> All of the charges listed above must be paid at the time a permit is issued for your connection <br /> in addition to the $35.50 permit fee.
