A new house is currently <br /> being constructed on this site. Below are my observations: <br /> • Hardcover calculations show garage as 468 sf. I calculate 489 sf. <br /> • Garage needs driveway/access shown and to be part of hardcover calculation for doors wider than 6' and <br /> included in hardcover calculation. Clarification needed from builder <br /> • Need erosion control measures shown around garage. MCWD reported they do not need a permit for this <br /> project. <br /> • Need landscape plan. <br /> • Retaining walls proposed on property line measuring 4 ft. I would think with retaining walls proposed on the <br /> property line there would be grading w/in the ROW. <br /> • Survey should show edge of pavement of Wildhurst Trail. <br /> Please review and provide comments.
