LMCD counsel was directed by the Board to prepare Findings of Fact <br /> Woodland and Order for approval of your variance application. These Findings, with theJose Valdesuso <br /> Excelsior corresponding site plan dated 5/27/03, were approved by the Board at the 6/25/03 <br /> Katy Van Hercke LMCD Regular Board Meeting. Enclosed is a copyof these Findings for yourMinnetonka <br /> records. When construction has been completed, please contact the LMCD office to <br /> schedule a dock inspection. <br /> If the size, location, or configuration of the dock is changed in the future, new <br /> permanent dock license and variance applications will be required. New applications <br /> are not required for repair or replacement of the dock if it does not alter the size, <br /> type, location, or configuration of the dock. <br /> If you choose to deice around the dock, a separate LMCD deicing permit is required <br /> annually.
