You first stated you were working on a proposed home on that lot and you <br /> would deal with the fill when the house was built. Apparently that fell through. Then on <br /> February 6, 1995 you wrote the City a letter stating you would remove the fill when the frost <br /> was out in the spring. <br /> As of this date, the fill has not been removed. This letter is to notify you that this violation <br /> cannot be left unresolved. Therefore the City must require you to remove the fill, return the <br /> area to original grade and provide erosion control until ground cover is established. A deadline <br /> of August 14, 1995 has been established. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal <br /> action.
