Given the nature of <br /> the variance, (10' short of the required 140' width) , the availability <br /> of sewer, and the character of the area, I felt it would be <br /> inappropriate to hold this application for processing until next <br /> month. <br /> At the last Planning Commission meeting, the commission members <br /> j agreed that I should be given greater authority in reveiwing 4. <br /> 3 applications which were minor in nature and limited as to alternatives <br /> 1 available.
