Permanent storm water pollution <br /> controls including, but not limited to ponds,vegetated buffers and structural <br /> measures shall be designed and constructed in accordance with other Chapters of <br /> the City Code and requirements of other agencies having jurisdiction. <br /> AE:Added Permanent Permit Erosion Control Plan.
