As part of this application, the applicant also requests the following approvals: <br /> 1. Rezoning of PINS 07-117-23 21 0002 from RR-1B Single Family Rural Residential <br /> to LR-1B Single Family Lakeshore Residential. <br /> 2. Comprehensive Plan Amendment to incorporate PINS 07-117-23 21 0002 within the <br /> Metropolitan Urban Service Area(MUSA). <br /> 3. Vacation of certain public rights-of-way dedicated within the plat of"Mount Home <br /> Park", Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
