I spoke'with Lyle Oman (our building official), he indicated that you removed two decks which you <br /> intend to rebuild in-kind. However past surveys and permit information only show one of the two <br /> decks. After Lyle receives the construction plans for the decks, he will determine if a survey will be <br /> required prior to construction of the decks. An as-built survey showing the completed decks may also <br /> be required. Building permit costs are based on the estimated construction value.
