Verify with the State of Minnesota if they are going to do the Code review or delegate the review to <br /> the City of Orono. <br /> 2. Provide Code review addressing,size,occupant load,type of construction,Occupancy type,Codes <br /> used, bathroom requirements, exiting and fire suppression. <br /> 3. Clarify if this space is to be conditioned environment or not? <br /> 4. Provide mechanical plans detailing ventilation, heating, cooling and CO and NO detection devices as <br /> required by the 2015 Minnesota Mechanical Code. <br /> 5.
