We have the following <br /> comments: <br /> • The plans are generally acceptable from an engineering standpoint. We do have the <br /> following minor comments below. <br /> • The applicant has acknowledged our previous comments on the pavement section <br /> and has agreed to a compromise of placing 3 inches of bituminous in parking areas <br /> and 3.5 inches of bituminous in the drive isles over 6 inches and 8 inches of class 5 <br /> aggregate base.
