This was done <br /> by decreasing both the overall width and height. <br /> The attached sketch shows the new dimensions of the sign base. The finishes will remain the same as called out on the <br /> original submittal. The sign designer was unsure at the time he sketched it of the required height of the sign above grade, <br /> so I added that dimension. While the dimensions are accurate, the sketch is not quite to scale. <br /> I believe these modifications are in line with your request.
