o _ o <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 5 6 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br /> CRYSTAL BAY BUSINESS CENTER <br /> FILE NO, 07-3310 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") . <br /> has adopted subdivision and land development regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br /> development of land within the City; and ' <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application by Ryan Companies <br /> US, Inc. (a Minnesota corporation), hereinafter the "Subdivider", for subdivision of property <br /> located at 430/456 Old Crystal Bay Road North and 2725/2765 Wayzata Boulevard and legally <br /> described as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 Block 1 Van Dale Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,on September 11,2006 the City Council adopted Resolution No.5504 <br /> granting Preliminary Plat Approval for the proposed development of a four lot plat for industrial <br /> purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS,on September 10,2007 the City Council adopted Resolution No.5654 <br /> extending the Preliminary Plat Approval for one year; and <br /> WHEREAS., the Subdivider has completed some of the requirements of the <br /> platting regulations of the City including: <br /> 1. Dedication on the plat of Orono Industrial Boulevard, perimeter Drainage and Utility <br /> Easements, and Utility Easements for existing water main. <br /> 2. Payment to the City of final plat review fees and legal review and filing fees. <br /> 3. Providing the City a title opinion for the Property and certified copies of all recorded <br /> easements currently affecting the Property. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
