Contact the City Inspector immediately. Repair must be completed within 90 days. 14 Drainfield extent and condition unknown. POTENTIAL FOR SYSTEM FAILURE: (system age and condition, soils, etc.) : medium COMMENTS: The septic system is non-compliant, but does not appear to pose an imminent threat to public health or safety (surface discharge or backup into the dwelling) .
