The retaining walls should call out the top of wall (TW) elevation and bottom of wall (BW) elevations. It appears
the elevations are abbreviated but this should be confirmed.
2. It appears there are numerous walls that are over 4' in height or the tiered wall exceeds 4' in height and is not
separated by 2x the height of the upper wall. Therefore the applicant needs to submit engineered plans and
specifications signed by a registered professional engineer for all retaining walls that do not meet height or
separation requirements.
3. A swale should be constructed south of the driveway to prevent additional runoff from being directed to the
neighboring property. All parts of the driveway should also be directed into this swale.
4. The survey should show how the property is going to connect into the City's sanitary sewer line.
