Special Hazardous Wastes are materials that may not meet the above requirements but have been given special consideration because of their specific properties. The following is a list of special waste types and the materials in which you might find them. ERGROUN STORAGE TAI In a demolition any underground storage tank(UST) must be identified and removed prior to demolition.
