Permit should not be issued until the following conditions are met: <br /> 1. Reimbursement of mailing costs <br /> 2. Rule J fees must be paid <br /> 3. Submit a declaration for the preservation of the wetland buffer which must be executed <br /> and recorded <br /> Background: <br /> The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family home at the address cited above in the <br /> City of Orono. One Type 2 wetland less than five acres in size currently exists on site and will <br /> not be impacted through filling or excavation activities involving this project. <br /> j <br /> Erosion control consisting of silt fence has been provided throughout the site in addition to a <br /> crushed rock driveway which has been designated for access to the site <br /> Rule D: <br /> As stated above, no filling or excavation activities will occur within the wetland as a result of <br /> this project.
