Upon review, the survey shows the newly constructed shed locate 8.8 eet from the west, <br /> side property line. A minimum of a 10-foot setback is required by City Code Section 78-1405(6) - <br /> enclosed. The shed must be moved to a conforming location to be in compliance with City Codes. <br /> Once the shed is re-located, a revised survey showing the shed in a conforming location should be <br /> submitted and a follow up inspection will be required.
