For your property, <br /> hardcover is limited to 35% of the lot area. <br /> A minimum of 200 feet of road frontage width and 2.0 dry, non-wetland acres is required per each lot created. A <br /> minimum of 2, 5-bedroom sized septic treatment systems for each lot will be required. <br /> The first and probably most crucial piece of information will be the approved wetland delineation, followed by a survey of <br /> the property. Was the wetland delineation done and approved by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District in the growing <br /> season?
