Tanks should be pumped out as soon as possible. <br /> System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be pumped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Ins•-ction risers 4" • - •-•- - <br /> tank at next pumpout. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
