Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet. Repair is not required at this time. 13 Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface. Contact the City Inspector immediately. Repair must be completed within 90 days. 14 Drainfield extent and condition unknown.
