Inspection risers(4"dia.pipe)must be installed in each tank. <br /> DRAINFIELD CONDITION(S-10): <br /> &UDrainfield is dry,no surfacing evident. <br /> 9 Scme evidence of surfacing,not critical yet. <br /> 10 Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface.
