Offices for the applicant’s business, Evergreen Construction, will <br />occupy most of the building. The remaining spaces in the building will be utilized by other uses <br />of an “office” nature. The future office uses in the spaces will conform to the code and are <br />included in the proposed parking. The existing building is primarily remaining as-is on the <br />exterior, with exception of changes to signage, parking lot improvements, removal of a <br />deteriorating porch, and installation of an accessible ramp with deck and landings for access to <br />the side door.
