See attached inspection report for the remaining items to be <br /> completed. Once the items are completed, please call 612-249-4600 to schedule an inspection. <br /> We continue to hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the project. Once the weather permits, <br /> please have an as-built survey prepared by a surveyor and submitted to us.
