As we discussed,the plans <br /> indicated a three story house as defined by Orono code. The plans must be revised in some way to meet this code in <br /> order for our building permit review to continue. Either the top floor must be revised to meet the definition of"half- <br /> story" or the home must be placed lower into existing grade so the lowest level meets the "basement" definition. <br /> Attached is a worksheet for Building Height calculations.
