No more than
600 linear feet of silt fence should be continuous and collecting at one point.
Undulate the silt fence or use "simles" or crescents of silt fence.
2. Use horizontal slope grading
3. Install erosion control around any temporary dirt stockpile areas.
4. All septic areas to be fenced off for protection. Protection to extend a
minimum of 20' outside of septic areas.
5. The contractor for the project shall inspect all erosion control BMP' s after
each rainfall and repair as necessary and remove sediment from silt fences if
it reaches 1/3 capacity.
6. The contractor shall schedule his operations to minimize the amount of disturbed
area at any given time. The contractor shall limit his activities to the grading
limits as shown.
7. Remove all temporary BMP' s once the site has reached final stabilization
(a uniform perennial ve etative cover with a density of 70 percent over all
pervious surface areas.
Permanent Erosion Control
1. All exposed soils on site must be stabilized with in 3 days: Stabilization on
slopes flatter than 4:1 consists of disc -anchored mulch and seed; stabilization
on slopes flatter than 4:1 and in areas of concentrated flows consists of
erosion blankets and seed.
2. Temporary mulch and seed is needed for exposed areas which sit fallow for 3:1 or
steeper In 7 days, 3:1 to 10:1 in 14 days, and flatter than 10:1 in 21 days. Also
open stockpiles need to have temporary stabilization if they are to remain inactive
for more than 7 days.
3. Seed and mulch all other disturbed areas.
990 7.0
988 20
(986.8)
I (986.7) -- L FFR \\ ° 75.00
I 25 gv E 89
_ S (986.4) _. -'" ---S 820 E --- 70-00- - ;:'-- ^I,- \ o \ \ \ \ \
I E E 70 f- \ \ x\10 \
o r-- S5 00 S 8g \ \ \ \ \
1vc)
3.00- ACRES TOTAL "S
\ 1 \cgs Q 2.02± ACRES DRY ` 62° F 1
s I
Z `, 0.981 ACRES WET \`' 35 0 S 80 E 37.4
\ 989.5) \ \\ tS `` / ''•. .` ` \ , f _..
`' I\ % NOTE: EMERGENCY SPILLOVER ELEVATION FOR THIS WETLAND
\ \ (988.7) , \ \
\ \ -
\ OVER LOW POINT IN SOMERSET LANE = (9$6:8)
\ \ x1990 S \ \\ \\ - ---'-----............- • ALSO, LOW POINT IN OLD CRYSTAL BAYROAD = (986.5)
00
PROPOSED ELEVATIONS(verify with builder)
1) Basement = 985.1 / \
2) Top of foundation
3) First floor
I \
4) Garage
5) Lookout = 988.3 (1.5 FEET ABOVE SPILLOVER ELEVATION)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PREMISES I 1
Lot 2, Bock 1, ROLLING MEADOWS FOURTH ADDITION I
o : denotes iron marker
(908.3) : denotes existing spot elevation, mean sea level datum
910.8: denotes proposed spot elevation, mean sea level datum
---917---: denotes existing contour line, mean sea level datum
904 denotes proposed contour line, mean sea level datum
Bearings shown are based on assumed datum.
This survey shows the boundary of the described property above,
the proposed location of a proposed house, driveway, walk, stoop
screen porch, and topography thereon.
