The orientation issue <br /> (merely 10-15 degrees)was the only issue with the otherwise"accurate" survey that the city has on file. The <br /> original survey was completely accurate as to septic location and everything else. It seems to me that the <br /> combination of these two surveys is more than sufficient to complete a very minor deck project. <br /> Please confirm that we may proceed. <br /> If you do not agree with the above, then, in the alternative, we could bring the deck size down to 200 sq. ft. <br /> Between the two surveys (which combined are accurate), then a building permit is not even needed. <br /> Please understand this is a very minor project, but we do need to complete it in the next 2-3 weeks. <br /> I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Nick <br /> Nicholas J.
