Sanitary Sewer Connection Charges <br /> 1989 Highway 12 Area> $5,320.00 per acre <br /> Residential Portion: 41.55 acres x$5,320.00/acre=$221,046 <br /> Commercial Portion: 9.90 acres x$5,320.00/acre= $ 52,668 <br /> 2. Municipal Water Connection Charge <br /> 1989 Highway 12 Area $8,795.00 per acre <br /> Residential Portion: 41.55 acres x$8,795.00/acre=$365,432 <br /> Commercial Portion: 9.90 acres x$8,795.00/acre=$ 87,070 <br /> Residential Total SWCC =$221,046 + $363,432 =$584,478 <br /> Commercial Total SWCC =$52,668 +$87,070=$139,738 <br /> Phasing <br /> A. Residential. Sewer and Water Connection Charges (SWCC) shall be converted to a 'per <br /> unit'basis for purposes of collection prior to commencement of each Phase per the following <br /> formula: <br /> Number of dwelling units in Phase <br /> $584,478 x ----_________ _____ _ _______ =SWCC Due Prior to Commencement of Phase <br /> 162 <br /> B. Commercial. Proration: If Outlots A and D are not developed at the same time,the acreage of the <br /> outlot being developed divided by the total acreage of both outlots shall determine the fraction of <br /> the total Commercial SWCC due . <br /> III. Storm Water & Drainage Trunk Fee <br /> Fee Calculation Based on Ordinance: <br /> Multi-Family: 4 or fewer Units/Acre $4,860.00 per acre <br /> Multi-Family: Greater than 4 Units/Acre $5,670.00 per acre <br /> Commercial: $6,480.00 per acre <br /> Residential SW&DT Fee: 41.55 acres @ 6 units/acre=41.55 x$5,670=$235,600 <br /> Commercial SW&DT Fee: 9.90 acres x$6,480.00/acre=$64,152 <br /> Phasing <br /> A. Residential. Proration: The number of dwelling units within each Phase divided by the total <br /> number of units within all Phases shall determine the fraction of the total SW&DT fee due <br /> for each Phase. <br /> B.
