Drawing of the proposed sign, including all of the following: • Dimensions of sign • Message/content of proposed sign • Structural drawings (including footings) 2. Sketch (or survey) of the site, including all the following: • North direction and scale • Location of structures on the lot(and dimensions) ' • Street Names •. ,.Amount of road frontage • Placement of proposed sign • Existing sign inventory (location and size of existing signs) 3. Signs: • Any signs to be removed? • If so, list how many and square footage APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: • This is only an application for a permit. I WILL NOT erect the sign until I have received the permit. I understand a double fee will be charged for any sign erected prior to obtaining a permit.
