The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (permit #89-182) <br /> granted approval of grading, drainage and erosion control <br /> plans by McCombs Frank Roos and Associates on 11/14/89. <br /> 7. Approval of septic testing for residential Lots 1 and 2, <br /> Block 2, East Willow Woods, confirming that the newly <br /> configured lots each have adequate area for on-site septic <br /> development as follows : <br /> Lot 1 , Block 2 - tested sites for principal and <br /> alternate. <br /> Lot 2 - existing principal system is satisfactory. <br /> Alternate septic testing confirms adequate area for on- <br /> site sewage treatment system. <br /> 8. The Orono staff and consultants have reviewed the plans <br /> for this comprehensive application and hereby specify <br /> approval of each enclosed plan and indentify them as part of <br /> the official record for the East Willow Woods subdivision <br /> and PUD No. 1 : <br /> A) Approval of commercial site plan with internal <br /> signage by Kilstofte Associates Inc. Architects dated <br /> 4/5/90 . <br /> B) Approval of grading, drainage and soil erosion <br /> control plan by McCombs Frank Roos Assocates dated <br /> 11/15/89 , printed 4/6/90. <br /> C) Acceptance of elevations of main building/accessory <br /> building by Kilstofte Associates Inc. Architects <br /> printed 1/4/90 . <br /> D) Approval of landscape plans by Otten Brothers <br /> Nursery dated 6/23/89 . <br /> E) Approval of signage plans by Kilstofte Associates <br /> Inc.
