Prior to <br />her employment with Anderson Engineering of MN, LLC, Kristina worked as a <br />technician for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. The skills Kristina has <br />developed through her educational background and experience as a technician <br />make her proficient in assessing and addressing a range of environmental <br />issues, and clearly communicating solutions to clients and various regulatory <br />agencies. <br />Kristina's project experience includes natural resource inventory, watershed <br />assessments, biologic assessments, Threatened and Endangered Species <br />analysis, NEPA project management and environmental review document <br />preparation, wetland determinations, delineations, mitigation design and <br />monitoring, regulatory permit applications, wetland functions and values <br />assessments, flood plain analysis, ordinary high water determinations, <br />Environmental Compliance Audit activities, wetland macroinvertebrate sampling, <br />Floristic Quality Assessments, Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) investigation, <br />and aerial photo interpretation. Kristina has experience with Global Positioning <br />Systems (GPS), remote sensing, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). <br />Total Experience: Representative Projects: <br />6 years <br />• Southwest Light Rail Transit- Metropolitan Council — Minneapolis, MN: <br />Services for wetland delineation and permitting efforts in support of multi - <br />Years with Current Firm: disciplinary consultant team for preparation of Final Environmental Impact <br />2010 to Present Statement for proposed 16 mile light rail alignment. Project tasks included <br />completion of a wetland field investigations, boundary delineations, functional <br />assessments, GPS mapping and preparation of federal, state and local <br />wetland permits. <br />Wetland Delineation/Assessment — Fort McCoy Alderwood Dam <br />Removal — Fort McCoy, Wl: Services included a wetland determination and <br />delineation of wetland associated with a proposed dam removal project at the <br />Fort McCoy U.S. Army installation. Project tasks included completion of a <br />wetland delineation following the 1987 USACE Wetland Manual and the <br />Midwest Regional Supplement and preparation of the wetland delineation <br />report to document findings and help assess potential wetland impacts for <br />Section 401/404 permitting. <br />NEPA Documentation/Wetland Permitting — Omaha National Cemetery — <br />Omaha, NE: Services included preparation of an Environmental Assessment <br />(EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), and supplemental permit <br />coordination with the Omaha District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) <br />for proposed wetland impacts. Wetland permitting activities included <br />completion of a wetland boundary delineation in compliance with the 1987 <br />USACE Wetland Manual and Midwest Regional Supplement, and preparation <br />of a USACE permit application package that included a design for an on-site <br />compensatory wetland mitigation area. <br />Wetland Delineation, Permitting, and Compliance Activities — Various <br />Locations: Services include completing the following general tasks in <br />compliance with federal, state, and local regulations: performing routine <br />wetland determination and delineations to identify regulated aquatic <br />resources; preparing wetland permit applications that outline impact <br />sequencing and replacement/mitigation requirements; providing technical <br />assistance to clients to develop and implement corrective actions to address <br />compliance violations. <br />
