Description of the Project - Overall <br />The north phase of Eisinger Meadows received preliminary Plat approval on July 25, 2016 by <br />Resolution 6655. This proposal is for concept review for the south phase which we have <br />named Eisinger Flats. <br />Eisinger Meadows Preliminary Plat, subdivided the northerly portion of the 30.5 acre parcel <br />into 27 Villa Homes on approximately 4.9 acres of the parcel with the balance of the property <br />shown as outlots.
