The preliminary plat for Eisinger <br />Meadows contemplated a new North-South public street. This street should terminate in a cul <br />de sac meeting subdivision standards. Hennepin Council will be consulted to determine is <br />intersection improvements are necessary at Wayzta Blvd West. <br />A surface parking lot for 92 cars is proposed to the north of the building. City Code requires 2 <br />spaces per apartment unit. Assuming 192 units, 384 spaces will be required. The site plan does <br />suggest underground parking, though the number of stalls has not been illustrated. <br />As a proposed RPUD, the hard cover limitation would be 50%. Care will be exercised in the <br />evaluation of the stormwater management plans, not yet developed. <br />The project is located within the MUSA and will be served by municipal water and sanitary <br />services, to be extended by the developer. Costs to serve the apartment building will need to be <br />developed, as the original feasibility study did not contemplate an apartment building on the 10 <br />acres landfill site. <br />RPUD Analysis. As a sketch plan, many details are yet to be developed, though it appears that <br />the site meets location and size requirements to be eligible for a RPUD.
